My husband and I put our dream home on the market in November 2019. We made the difficult decision to move across the country to be closer to family. I’ll start out by saying that Snowbird Nation did an amazing job selling our home, and I would whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone trying to sell their home. My wife and I have sold a number of homes over the years, but we’ve never had a home selling experience go as smoothly as it did with Snowbird Nation. When we decided to sell our home, they came to the house and met with us so that they fully understood the home and what we were looking for. He informed us of the local market and helped us determine the best asking price for our home.

Prior to the home being officially listed, they came to the home and made a video of the entire house. They posted the video on social media so that there was a lot of interest in the home before it listed. Snowbird Nation then coordinated for their photographer to come to the home, and they did an amazing job showcasing the house; they even shot drone footage!

The day our home was officially listed, they contacted us to let us know that they had multiple offers. We selected a buyer and had the contract complete within 5 hours of listing the house. I believe that our home was very marketable; but, Snowbird Nation’s passion, willingness to listen, and professional approach to selling our home, made the entire process seamless.
